1.保證出廠產(chǎn)品達(dá)到合格證要求,且性能可靠,機(jī)床自開機(jī)調(diào)試合格之日起12個月免費(fèi)包修。

2.在用戶使用過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)故障問題或用戶要求開機(jī)調(diào)試,在接到用戶反饋信息的4小時內(nèi)響應(yīng),初步判斷故障原因,電話聯(lián)系用戶是上門服務(wù)還是電話指導(dǎo)用戶自行解決。
During the process of use, when users find failures or users require startup debugging, response within 4 hours after receiving the feedback information of users. Initially determine the cause of failure, then contact users by telephone to provide on-the-spot service or guide users to solve.
3.在產(chǎn)品包修期內(nèi),凡需上門服務(wù)的?。ㄊ校﹥?nèi)用戶(含駐外辦事處所在省)24小時以內(nèi)到達(dá),用戶有特殊需求的可以協(xié)商,其他省市力爭48小時以內(nèi)到達(dá)。
Within product warranty period, the users in the province (city) (including the provinces where the offices abroad are) requiring on-the-spot service shall arrive within 24 hours. In case of special needs required by users, it can be negotiated. For other provinces and cities, strive to arrive within 48 hours.
4.機(jī)床售出后用戶終身享有維修維護(hù)及平價配件供應(yīng)。
The users shall enjoy lifelong maintenance and spare parts supply at fair price after sales of machine tools.
5.我公司不定期安排人員對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行質(zhì)量跟蹤,無論包修期內(nèi)還是包修期外,用戶將享受我公司額外服務(wù)。
Our company will from time to time arrange people to carry out quality track to the product, and the users will enjoy the additional services of our company either in warranty period or beyond warranty period.
